Language Teaching Research is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes research within the area of second or foreign language teaching. Although articles are written in English, the journal welcomes studies dealing with the teaching of languages other than English as well.
The journal is a venue for studies that demonstrate sound research methods and which report findings that have clear pedagogical implications.
Suitable research may be of qualitative or quantitative orientation or mixed methods. Submissions should not only be methodologically sound, but also have significant innovative implications for language teachers and learners.
The Journal publishes articles reporting research in the field of second and foreign language teaching with the main focus on language teaching and testing.
Language Teaching Research Quarterly is under review of Abstracting and Indexing Services including Thomson Reuters, Scopus, ProQuest, EBSCO, ERIH PLUS, Index Islamicus, Index Copernicus, and DOAJ
