What is the BEST title for your research paper?
Now it’s time to focus on the rules that are required for an article to be published:
1- collection and publication of the conclusions: throughout the process of research, the researchers must collect and publish all the findings of the research and the methods used to obtain them clearly, in a transparent manner, and meaningfully, easy for others to comprehend.
2- a duplicate submission to two or several journals, whether electronic or printed, is not allowed.
3- the resubmission of an article already published in a printed or electronic journal to another journal for publication is not allowed.
If the authors decide to submit their articles to another journal while it is being considered for publication by a journal, they must inform the latter journal in writing of their decision and waive their submission. This is possible only prior to the first journal’s acceptance of the article.
If the findings of a research has been published in short in the proceedings of a conference, it is allowed to submit the entire findings to a journal for publication.
4- overlapping publication is not allowed in the sense that the researcher cannot publish the findings of their previously published articles with a new title and with a few alterations in the text.
The authors can repeat sections of their articles on methods and material in their future articles, but they must give references.
5- partial publication is not allowed in the sense that, if the findings of the research can be published altogether and in one place, the author is not allowed to publish those findings in a number of different and independent journals.
