They must adapt themselves to the changing circumstances, forget the past, and design new roles and relations for themselves. They must be able to employ new work teams and interest groups and utilize new managerial styles in their units. Leaders’ focus in the new age will be on social and intellectual capital, as well as ideal organizational designs and change. In the rapidly changing world, future leadership will appear as the crucial component of the enterprise. Its supply will be short and more desired than anything else. It can be said that the main role of the leaders is to train new leaders for the organization and develop the necessary managerial leadership for change in the organization.
