Emel Kizilkaya Aydogan recieved the B. Eng. degree with honors in industrial Engineering from the university of Erciyes, Kayseri, Turkey, in 2001. She received MS and PhD degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University, Ankara, in year of 2003 and 2008, respectively. In 2010, she has been as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Operational Research at university of Florida. She has pursued her research under the mentorship of professor Dr, panos Pardalos. She is currently Assistant proffesor Dr. in industiral Engineering Department at Erciyes Unversity.
