Prior to joining AUS, Sajid Khan has taught at both undergraduate and graduate programs related to marketing at institutions such as Cardiff University and Bangor University in the United Kingdom. At AUS, he has also consulted with the DP World, Sharjah Asset Management, Road and Transportation Authority, Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Authority, and Sharjah Tatweer Forum, among others. His recent research revolving around drivers of customer satisfaction, loyalty behavior, customer defection in business-to-business situations, and smart cities and has appeared in international business journals.
