Pramila Rao is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) in Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia. She graduated from George Washington University, Washington D.C., with a major in Human Resource Management and minor in International Business. She has published articles in academic journals such as Employee Relations, Cross-Cultural Management, Strategic HR Review, The Learning Organization, Journal of Indian Business Research, among others.
