Professor Richard Li-Hua, PhD,is a well-known strategy scholar and the Founder of China’s Embracing Innovation theory, is well-known for his research on China’s innovation and innovation strategy. He is the President of Camot Innovation Academy Cambridge, UK. He is senior expert of science & technology endorsed by EU Patent Office and MOST, China and an internationally recognized authority on international technology transfer and innovation. He is Honorary President of SIAS International University and served as President & Vice Chancellor of SIAS International University, China (2014-2017).

He is also President of China Association for Management of Technology (CAMOT) founded in 2006 at Tsinghua University. He is Distinguished Professor of Strategic Management & Leadership and Strategic Advisor, Penn State University, USA and Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai, China. He was Visiting Scholar at Judge Business School, Cambridge University, UK and is Strategic Advisor at Research Center of Technology Innovation, Tsinghua University, China.

In the last 10 years Professor Li-Hua has been frequently requested to provide strategic advice, leadership coaching and support to senior management teams in pursuing strategic organisational changes in universities and business/management schools and global firms between East and West. He has published over 100 papers in top ranking journals and conference proceedings in the areas of international technology transfer, strategic management of technology and innovation, global responsible leadership, strategy and trends of global higher education as well as 5 books with a focus on China. He has successfully supervised over 10 PhD, DBA & Professional Doctor to completions. He delivered modules of Strategic Management, Innovation Management, Technology Management as well as Global Leadership and Team Building to MBA and EMBA programmes at Black School of Business, Penn State University, USA, Odette School of Business, Windsor University, Canada, Judge Business School, Cambridge University, Plymouth University, UK as well as Sun Yat-sun Business School, Sun Yat-sun University, School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University and Tianjin University.
