Dara Tafazoli holds a Ph.D. in Languages and Cultures from the University of Cordoba, Spain. Now, he is affiliated with the School of Education, the University of Newcastle in Australia to develop and design his “CALL Literacy Framework”. He has taught the English language at several universities and language institutes in Iran for eight years. His research interests are in computer-assisted language learning (CALL) and cross-cultural studies related to language learning and teaching. Dara acts as the reviewer of many high-ranked journals such as Computer Assisted Language Learning and Teaching English with Technology. He has published 12 books, of which the most recent ones are “Multiculturalism & Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (IGI Global, 2017)”, “Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Technology-Enhanced Language Learning (IGI Global, 2018), and “Innovation in Language Learning and Teaching: The Case of the Middle East and North Africa (Palgrave Macmillan, 2019)”.
