He was born in 1957 in the Posof district of Ardahan. In 1981, he graduated from Eskişehir Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, Faculty of Management. He completed his master’s degree in Anadolu University, Institute of Social Sciences in 20.02.1984 and his doctorate in 16.12.1988. 02.28.1990 organized by the World newspaper in the history of “90 Turkey Economics Research” contest “in the” in the Manufacturing Industry Business Cost Reduction and an Application “has been awarded the Bronze Award by World doctoral thesis. He was awarded the second prize in the ”Dünya” article competition organized by Dünya Newspaper on 14.06.1993 with his article Temel The Basic Condition of Inflation Prevention: Social Productivity ”. In the “Dünya” writing contest organized by Dünya Newspaper on 15.12.1997 “Looking at Turkey’s Integration with World Vision: Participatory Democracy and Free Market Economy “was honored with the second prize with the article says.

He started to work as a research assistant in Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 21.05.1982. In 26.01.1989 he was promoted to Assistant Professor. On 13.03.1990, he was appointed as the Dean of Anadolu University Kütahya Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He left this post on 05.06.1993 due to his military service. He was appointed as the founding director of Dumlupınar University Tavşanlı Vocational School on 14.09.1993. In addition to this task; Simultaneously, on 11.01.1995, he was appointed as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Dumlupınar University. He resigned from his position as Vice Dean on 24.01.1996. On 24.01.1997 he was re-appointed as Vice Dean. 13.12.1994-22.11. Between 2007 and 2006, he worked as ÖSYM Kütahya Provincial Examination Manager and Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Kütahya Provincial Examination Coordinator. He resigned from the Directorate of Tavsanli Vocational School on 13.10.2004. Between 13.01.2005 / 20.07.2011, he served as Deputy Dean and Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Dumlupınar University. He is also a member of the Senate of Dumlupınar University and a member of the Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Dumlupınar University; Member of Faculty Board, Head of Business Administration Department, Member of Founding Board of Trustees of Dumlupınar University Empowerment Foundation, Member of Supervisory Board of Dumlupınar University Empowerment Foundation, Dumlupınar University Advanced Technologies Design,
